After every goal since the 1992/93 season, the goal horn blasts 3 times and rocks the arena. The sound comes from two Kahlenberg S-203C Horns which came off a scrapped ocean liner. They are both located above the scoreboard in the catwalk and point in opposite directions.

The St. Louis Blues goal horn and song are one of the traditions that you just don't mess with. The goal horn dates back to 1993. The Blues were actually the last team at the time to introduce a goal horn. It was installed in the old St. Louis Arena for its final season. The song is "When The Blues Go Marching In" which is performed live on the organ much like it was in the very first Blues hockey season in 1967/68. Today it is played by Jeremy Boyer.
